I've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wilkes Barre several times for business meetings and I find it a very comfortable property to stay at and make myself feel at home. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator for quick snacks and drinks. The fitness room is small but has everything I need. And I like to take advantage of their breakfast buffet as they have hot items made to order.

i have stayed at this inn several times over the last 3 years. The rooms are clean. The staff has been helpful and the location is central to good restaurants...And good pizza is delivered to the inn.

Family of five stayed in July 2009 for one night. Booked a room with two queen beds, one rollaway bed and breakfast for five through travel online. After we arrived, were informed that the rollaway bed was not allowed in the room (there were no other rooms available) and that the breakfast was actually for two. My daughter slept on the floor. Asked to see manager, manager would not speak with me. Hilton staff say travel online is responsible for reservation, travel online says Hilton is responsible.

Very nice hotel. Spent four nights after driving in from North Carolina. The hotel and rooms were spotless with outstanding housekeeping services. All staff from the front desk to other departments were courteous and helpful. I cannot say enough about how great our stay was. I recommend this hotel 100%.
