Our stay this last weekend was comfortable. The room was nice with the bed especially comfortable. Both the pillows and pillowtop alllowed for a good nite of sleep. It was clean and everything worked well. The exercise room size-wise is adequate for stretching and the equipment was in good shape. It had what you needed including cardio with each having their own television at eye level, yoga ball and free weights. The business center also was sufficient and easy to use- I had to print boarding passes and did not have too much trouble. My only issues really were that I missed the complimentary breakfast buffet they offered last year- which I am sure is due to the economy- and the musty and smokey odor in the elevator. Otherwise I would stay there again and recommend it to friends. The day and evening staff were pleasant as well.

We have stayed in Hilton hotels a lot in the past but will never stay here again. Our room as well as several other guest's rooms were not ready an hour after check in time. We were told it would be about 10 minutes but it was over an hour. The room was adequate but certainly NOT up to Hilton standards. Our room was very dated and in need of some serious repair. The beds were small and not at all comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and not easily shared by 3 people. We had unruly guests in the hallways at 2 in the morning yet calls from us as well as other guests on the floor led to nothing. No one ever came to take care of the noise and door slamming these drunken guests caused. We got literally no sleep that night. When asked about our stay, we voiced our concerns but were blown off like it really didn't matter. Overall, it was not a good experience and certainly NOT a normal Hilton experience. We got Super 8 quality for a Hilton price. Not worth the money!

This hotel is great. To me it is a must stay. I have stayed here with family and on business. The hotel has everything for a business and family traveler, and with 3 kids it is hard to find somewhere they all love to stay. The restaurant and staff were wonderful. The food is worth the visit. From a business standpoint the Sales department did everything I needed to make my event a success. Overall everyone was very attentive to any questions or issues.

We stayed at this hotel because it was near my brother's house. It was a wonderful experience and the cost was very reasonable. The room was large and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was wonderful and we overlooked the river and we would stay here agian.

Stayed here for two nights w/o a reservation (we had turned down the hotel we had booked and took our chance that we'd find something better -- we did). Adult daughters in one room; wife and me in another Got an excellent price, arriving at about 6:30 pm.
Rooms were fine, roomy. Bed was very comfortable, including pillows. Everything was perfectly clean,
We had no special needs so no particularly special service but the staff was very nice and helpful.
Free parking in clena, well-lit parking lot in this suburban setting.
