I found the Mystic Hilton to be sub-standard in terms of services and cleanliness. The pool was over chlorinated and area around it dirty. there was no room service, nor could I buy any movies in room. (left a credit card for incidentals too) perhaps it was because they didn't have enough staff to accomodate the school spring break crowds.

Overall a very pleasant stay...front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was prompt and on time. Enjoyed a very private swim in the large indoor pool after dinner. Breakfast buffet was disappointing, perhaps because we arrived towards the end. Dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was very good and very convenient. Overall I would recommend this hotel to families....we were travelling with a 2 year old, which is not easy to say the least!! Also, the beds were very comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located near the Aquarium and Shopping area!

For a special occassion we decided to stay at the Hilton. It was the second most expensive hotel in the area and had other good reviews. We reserved a single king room for $149.00 per night. The room was a handicap room on the first floor. The bed was fine the room was noisy from the hall, the room above and an enclosed pool about 50 feet from our outside wall. The most disappointing was the bath tub suurround was discolored by mold in the silicone caulking at the shower end. I would not expect this in any price room. If we were not exhausted when we arrived at 9:30PM I would have felt very justified in making a scene.

I loved my stay at the Hilton Mystic. The beds were awesome! none of us wanted to get out of the bed it was so comfortable. The room was very clean and plenty of room for us. It is right across the street from the aquarium and shopping. It was only a short drive to the Mystic Seaport and downtown Mystic. I especially noted that there was no noise in the morning when other guests were leaving,no banging doors.
