I booked a room the eve of the Xmas blizzard'10 and we were stuck in NYC for an extra day as the trains to CT. were not running. I called down to the desk to inquire about booking another day, and since I had booked a super discount room on Expedia weeks before...was expecting a huge rack rate to be imposed for the extra day. Imagine my relief when the"Emergency Storm" rate of $* was quoted, and we didn't even have to change rooms. Very clean, very friendly hotel. Will definately stay there again!

Stayed 1 night at this hotel. Very close to MSG and main transit areas. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was great. Big for NY hotels and considering the price very reasonable. Large bathroom and bed. Lots of Room. Would definately stay again.

This was a wonderful hotel experience. The room was large, new, clean and quiet. Free internet, free cookies, very nice staff (ask for XYZ). I have stayed in hotels for twice the amount of money in Manhattan that were not half as nice. This is where I will stay in the future. My husband was just as happy as I was there.

room was comfy and surprisingly quiet! window can be opened for some fresh air which is unusual! love having a REAL coffeemaker in the room rather than those "pod" things that are so common now. would be nice to have an in-room safe. front desk staff was great. concierge was very helpful in arranging a car service. room service is provided by restaurant across the street - brendan's i think. food AT the restaurant is FABULOUS! room service menu is limited and disappointing however. ordered some chicken dish....rubbery and funny tasting. everything else about our stay was terrific. great location....just steps from a subway station. will definitely consider again assuming rates stay reasonable!

Stayed here for 1-night and I must say it was definitely worth the price. The room is small but the space was utilized well and everything was very well maintained. It is also in a great location only a few blocks from the Port Authority bus station and times square. I will definitely be staying here again.
