The view was great and so easy to find if you were out and not familiar with the city. The room was very comfortable. The recliner was a great touch. The weather was warm so we got to use the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful Look forward to staying here again. The only negative thing about this hotel is that the walls are thin. I had to call the front desk and complain about the noise next door. The hotel was prompt in sending someone up and no more noise.

This was a very nice hotell! We had a room that overlooked Hemisfair Park/Tower of the Americas. It was nice to be able to have some quiet time to read, etc. on the private balcony. The Riverwalk and La Villita are just steps away. We self parked our car in the same garage the hotel uses for $* a day because we knew we were not going to need it. Valet was $*. The hotel was very quiet day and night even during Spring Break!

I stayed in this hotel in late October early November 2010 for a conference. The hotel was beautiful and clean right on the Riverwalk---and the staff was absolutely fantastic. The location could not have been better. The lobby area had ample seating and free wifi. Nobody hassled me while I did my internet work on a nice chair overlooking the river. The room was a nice size with a king sized bed desk sofa and big screen tv plus a balcony. The reason Im on travel agency okup how much it would cost to go back--thats how much I liked the hotel.

Accomodations and service were excellent. Good deal for the price. This hotel is right in the middle of all the activities in the Riverwalk and downtown near Alamo and shopping center,etc. Excellent location.
