We recently stayed at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing, it is a lovely hotel and a perfect location for shopping and a variety of good resaurants. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the evening water and fire show. Most of the staff was friendly and very helpful. Negatives- On our first night the room had some kind of white stains on the bed skirt but it was quickly removed. The room was cleaned by an excellent young man on the next morning, but we got a lazy girl who left our room full of gargage and didn't clean the bathroom. We complained and the garbage was removed only. There are some really good staff at this hotel but there are also some staff that tarnishes the Hilton name. I refuse to let a few lazy staff members ruin our stay because there were so many other wonderful friendly staff. I will stay at this hotel again. second day we tipped the maid when we were going out and she to

Our rooms were great and staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel`s location was excellent with a view of the Landing below and entertainment, dining, and shopping all in close proximity. We thought the Mexican restuarant at the Landing was very good as was our experience at the Fish House. Our only complaint was a lack of hot water on Saturday night when we were out late. The Hilton Promenade was defintely a place we would gladly give a repeat visit.

The Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing is a first class establishment. It is located in the middle of the Branson Landing open air shopping mall. It was nice being able to walk right outside the building to go shopping or to a restaurant. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a one bedroom condo unit. It had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, large bathroom with a jetted tub, double vanity, and separate shower. We also had a balcony. The kitchen, bath and desk had granite counter tops. We also had a washer and dryer. The king size bed was very comfortable. We have nothing bad to say about this hotel and highly recommend it. We enjoyed the light/fountain show and the beautiful Christmas tree. We enjoyed our stay so much that we added an extra night. We were in a handicapped accessible room. I think it anyone needing that type of room would find it very comfortable.
