The spa was closed the entire visit with no prior warning, (that meant no suanas, pool & hot tub closed also). Restaurant food & service was borderline bad. But, the decor and ambiance was very nice, just call ahead to see if the facilities will be open.

This is an Awful hotel. It should not be allowed to use the Hilton brand. The service is so bad that I seriously considered never staying at another Hilton branded hotel again. You are better off at a motel six than this hotel.

We were there for our granddaughters graduation from the Air Force Basic Training. The hotel was very disappointed with this. Should have listened to the reviews. Staff was the best. XYZ at the front desk was great. He helped us out as much as he could. Would never stay there again. We had the king suite.

We decided to have a last minute "stay-cation" close to home, and we chose the HIlton Hill Country. We were thouroughly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and with the accomodations. Upon checking in, we found out that they had smores over open fires in the courtyard (all safe of course), and they were showing a kid-friendly movie in the courtyard on one of the big walls. They have a shuttle to Sea World which saves you the expense and extra walking when the park is super busy. I would higly recommend this to any family looking for a fun place to stay.
