Careful of the hidden charge

I booked my room on the 18th of Oct and they immediately charged my CC. It was then necessary to cancel and they gave me a cancelation number only to find out that when I booked online I booked a "reduced rate" and that it gave no refunds with a cancelation. When I recieved my CC statement I was then charged again on the date of my departure because they showed me as a "no-show". I was able to get them to reverse one of the charges but not the original since I booked the reduced rate of * a night. When I informed them I did not feel this was a "reduced rate" they informed me "are you kidding that's a fantastic rate!!" Guess I am a country bumpkin....I don't consider that fantastic. Can't say anything about the hotel, but watch for the hidden fees!!!

Stayed 09/01/209 It was very nice and clean. they have new flat screens and new bathrooms.. I have stayed many times over the years and since the last time I stayed it has been renovated. I love this location its in an industrial area and very quiet area in the evening and has a great staff and a Green Mill is attatched, Would definately recommend this hotel!!

Booked this hotel on another website, won't do again!, where you can't choose hotel. Four people in our party-2 adults and 2 older kids. The hotel was going to set us up in a room with one king size bed for all of us. Not worth going and staying in that situation. Wound up booking at onother hotel!! Be warned...about booking without knowing exactly what you are getting. May have saved me money if it worked, but it has cost me money. Should have just stuck with this site like I was going to!! Lesson learned. I rated the hotel strictly off of booking experience.
