  We stayed here over valentines weekend and had NO hot water What so ever, in our juccuzi or our shower. The beds hurt our backs and felt like we were sleeping on cardboard. The hot water issue was not resolved durring our stay and we had nothing but cold water, when we asked about it they said that they had 4 juccuzi suites running off of the same water heater and that they could do nothing about it. the fire place didnt work at all, and we paid for a king size bed and got a full. Please save your money and book elsewhere because this place is not worth 160 a night by far. the lock on the door was missing screws the toilet seat wasn't even fastened to the toilet. the bathroom door didnt even close and once again we had NO HOT WATER!They had let people with no parking passes park in our lot and had to park all the way on the other side of the building. There is only ONE trashcan and its the size of a shoebox. The pool is very cloudy and not clean. The lights on the celing fans did not work, therefore we had 2 lights in our room.

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort! Stayed here on a family vacation with two young children (3 & 5 y.o.) and my mother. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it exceeded our expectations: plenty of room and the property offers lots to do for the little ones. Good location, close to the Gatlinburg offerings, but you can still enjoy a peaceful night on the balcony. I also, feel compelled to mention the friendly and helpful staff. My daughter kept asking to go visit the "Craft Lady" in the activities center. We will definetly stay here on our next trip to Gatlinburg!
