Wonderful staff and facility. Breakfast served every morning includes bacon and eggs, muffins and bagels, good coffee all day. Good location for staying near Atlantic City, but not in the expensive beachfront strip. Just don't count on taking the bus into Atlantic City or to the rail station for a day trip to Philadelphia...while the stop is under 100 yards from hotel, the NJ Transit busses are highly unreliable, and taxis are quite expensive. If you use a taxi be sure to get a quote from the dispatcher I believe they tend to predatory pricing with tourists.

i recently stayed at this location, I was quite disappointed in the quality of service I received because it did not meet my expectations of what the name ?Holiday Inn? represents. When entering our hotel room early Sunday morning (it was after midnight), my guest and I noticed that there wasn?t any type of comforter, blanket, or bedspread on our king-sized bed. We didn?t bother alerting the front desk because we knew that by it being late, we were certain that housekeeping was closed and couldn?t provide us with these items. This decision would be something I would soon regret. The next day, we checked out later than usual at 1:00 pm and began to head home, which was three hours away. About an hour and a half into our drive, I received a phone call from a xxx, the manager at the Holiday Inn Express. xxx called to let me know that the blue throw that was supposed to be on our bed was ?missing? and automatically assumed that my guest and I ?stole? the throw. They charged my credit card, and then called to tell me to return it, and then they'd refund me the cost of it. The staff here are very discriminatory and be aware that this is a FRANCHISE so they make their own rules. In the end, they refunded me back the cost of the throw because they didn't have enough evidence to assume that that we stole it. A very HUMILIATING AND UNBIASED accusation to place on a guest who just wanted to save money and not stay on the Atlantic City strip. Also, the hotel shower curtain were filthy and the beds were very hard.

I set up my reservation at 4pm on Friday(through the travel website), showed up at 10pm, and everything was exactly as it should have been. Room was ready, and clean. Staff is friendly and competant. The location is good, an easy drive(like 6-8 miles) to the strip. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel complimented our weekend getaway. The staff was always and I mean always pleasant. Everyone displayed a smile. I am a breakfast person and I really enjoyed the breakfast. My husband who is not a breakfast person even enjoyed the breakfast. The buffet had a lot to offer and it was fresh, all on a Friday morning. We had a great time.
