The last time i was here was for a few days during the week of 8/16. I had forgotten some important paperwork in the US and I think the overnight desk manager (*, *) did a great job trying help rectify my situation via fax machine. I mustve called the desk a half dozen times during that morning. He was very polite the whole time and never got upset or had an attitude problem. This was early AM (like 5am). I am from the Northeast US and its very refreshing to deal with people that seem to genuinely care if and when you need help. The free lobby internet is great to because they have a laser printer.
