We started with a great experience before we even arrived. I called a few days before our trip begain to verify our reservations and the front desk was wonderful. The purpose of the trip was to take the kids on a quick ski get-away. I asked questions about the local ski resort Perfect North Ski Slopes, She told me how to get the best discount and the hours of operation. The hotel was very clean and ALL staff greets you with a warm smile and hello. I only had a few issues, our comforter had a hole in it and some of the rooms had cardboard cut-outs for room numbers. I wish they had a little convience store or pantry for purchase of minor things such as medications or snacks. They did have vending machines but more choice would be better. We would definatley go back next year!!!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good with excellent service from the attendant. The indoor pool was well kept. The location was a little far from the majority of places to eat, but they were easy to get to. We hope to visit the area again in the future and will surely stay here if we do.

We went with a large group including seniors, family and special needs kids. The hotel is close to the Ski Slopes and the Casino so it was the perfect location. The staff went above and beyond for the whole group, any time of night for both days. Cannot reccomend it enough!!

We have stayed here before togo to the casino and were happy to see that they have done a complete renovation. Staff is still great, breakfast and rooms are better than ever. As traveling seniors, we enjoyed the comfort and security of a clean, friendly hotel. Keep up the good work!
