I have stayed here on personal and business trips many times. The Staff have always been courteous and friendly. Rates have always been very good. Breakfast selection is great. Rooms are clean and stocked.

I arrived at noon with a reservation for a specific room type and quiet top floor location. I was told there would be a wait for cleaning. When I returned 2 and a half hours later I was given the correct room type but a middle floor right next to the elevator and noisy ice machine. Loud guests and feet overhead kept me up all night. The room was only adequate - stained wallpaper, cracked shower, paint peeling on bathroom ceiling and rust on doorway, plus the refrigerator is tiny. I don't think I am getting my money's worth judging from prices at surrounding hotels. I won't make this mistake again unless they get it together.

I stayed here for business and was looking for a place with comfortable bed and bedsheets .HI Express satisfied my need with a very large suite that was clean, cool, and quiet. Only blocks away from shopping and dining area. Excellent breakfast in lobby in the morning. Will stay again!
