When we arrived, our 1st room had a noisy heater. The staff was very helpful and moved us immediately to another room. However, in the night, the heater in our 2nd room started to make noise as well. Also, lots of noise heard above our room throughout the evening and night. We went to have breakfast and it was disorganized and lacking food! The coffee & tea area was near the entrance to the hotel, the food bar was on the other side of the room. The milk for the coffee was at the food bar, which promptly ran out of milk and one of the woman who was in charge of restocking the food, did not seem to understand what I was asking of her - more milk. They ran out of cinnamon buns, biscuits, eggs, homefries. The food area was so small, that everyone was bumping in to each other. If you wanted to toast a bagel, you were right in the way of everyone else trying to get some breakfast. Garbage was flowing out of the garbage can. Maybe the manager can come up with a process for the 2 people who are responsible for restocking the food bar. They seemed very disorganized and confused.

This hotel is a great value. The hotel, and its rooms were clean and well cared for. The beds we amazingly comfortable -- particularly for the price. The rooms had access to a high speed wireless network that made staying connected very easy. We would stay here again.
