As a platinum PC member I've stayed at many HI EXP. I was not impressed with this location and not even sure it meets the min. standards for the chain. The decor and room layout was of a lower class of hotel (wouldn't surprise me if it gets rebranded). The toilettries were all used (ewww!!) and set back up for me to use half empty. There is not a desk but a table and 2 chairs set up in the corner (more difficult for business use as it is not a business chair). The pillow cases were so wrinkled that I wasn't sure they'd been changed (ewww again). In the morning I found a black bug on it's back struggling to turn back over on the bathroom floor (ewww again). The door shutting is so loud I was continually awakened in the morning for about 1 hour prior to my set alarm clock, and I could hear footsteps from the room above me. I'm not sure if there are better options in this small town but if I were you I'd give them a try. This hotel is trying to play with the big boys and still charging a big boy price but it doesn't match up to the price paid.
