  We had to cancel and missed the cancellation deadline by less than 1 hour. our kid was sick and this was a major inconvenience. still the manager refused categorically to ...

  We had to cancel and missed the cancellation deadline by less than 1 hour. Our kid was sick and this was a major inconvenience. Still the manager refused categorically to let us cancel saying that it was "important to enforce the policy". Well... It will be important for us to never stay there anymore and we hope you do the same.

  As a priority club member for 10 plus years this was truly my worst hotel experience ever. avoid this hotel if possible, it will wreck your vacation!

  The mini-suite was lovely. quite roomy and very clean. only complaint is the upkeep, or lack thereof, of the spa. the first day we were there the spa was ...

  The mini-suite was lovely. Quite roomy and very clean. Only complaint is the upkeep, or lack thereof, of the spa. The first day we were there the spa was cloudy and foamy; two days later when we returned, it was so green that the bottom could not be seen. Yuck---didn't use it.

  Excellent front desk service, clean and comfortable, well-appointed room. great place to stay. room faced busy hwy. 395 but thick and snug windows blocked out all of the noise. ...

  Excellent front desk service, clean and comfortable, well-appointed room. Great place to stay. Room faced busy Hwy. 395 but thick and snug windows blocked out all of the noise. Very relaxingly furnished room & immaculate room. Free internet workstation on the lobby & nice indoor pool and spa.
