  Hotel appears to be fairly newly built. Room was clean and good size. Shower was a modular design and was sparkling clean, unlike those in many hotels. Price was substantailly higher than other hotels in immediate area, but probably worth it. Smokers beware: On website property does not specify that it is totally non-smoking. On check-in the desk clerk made it very clear, in a none too friendly manner, that hotel was non-smoking. And the penalty is *, the same as any fine Marriott or Westin. Do you think it costs the same to clean a room in Okeechobee, FL as in New York City or San Francisco?

  Very surprised at how nice/clean the hotel was even after being open for nearly a year. still looks brand new!! the bed was awesome, with the crisp sheets on ...

  Very surprised at how nice/clean the hotel was even after being open for nearly a year. Still looks brand new!! The bed was awesome, with the crisp sheets on top and bottom of the comforter. Staff was very friendly...would recommend highly!!
