My kids, Mom and I stayed here when my husband had an accident and was hospitalized in Regina. They were beyond awesome to us, even asking daily how he was doing. They went above and beyond for us. This was one of the best hotel experienced we have ever had and at a bad time. The breakfast was awesome, the rooms clean and staff AWESOME!! All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you

This is a brand new hotel that opened in early 2009 Those bad reviews from 2007 are obviously mistakes. The previous hotel (Imperial 400, Howard Johnson, and Budget Inn) was demolished. It was the usual Holiday Inn Express Internet, breakfast, pool, etc. The business centre has 2 desktop computers, a printer and a router with spare ports. Access is a bit confusing from the front - don't use the adjacent Tim Horton's driveway. The simplest access in and out is the very long alley on the north side that connects to both Parliament Ave. and Spence St. p.s. I'm originally from that Regina neighbourhood.
