Stayed when we went to Indy to visit our daughter who goes to college nearby. The room was very clean (and I must say I am very particular about the cleanliness of a place). The king sized beds were great. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There is shopping, restaurants and even a bowling alley nearby so there are things to do. Good assortment of breakfast items for a continental breakfast which also included some hot food items as well. We were a little concerned when we first arrived since the hotel is right off 465 but we could not hear any traffic at all. We have found a great place to stay for the next 3&1/2 years until college is done.

Recently stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. All rooms have 2 King size beds which are very comfortable. Rooms are quiet. Rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. The breakfast area is quite nice with a very nice breakfast offering. The pool area is lovely. I would definately stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends. It is by far the best Holiday Inn hotel I've ever stayed in.

Recently stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. All rooms have 2 King size beds which are very comfortable. Rooms are quiet. Rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. The breakfast area is quite nice with a very nice breakfast offering. The pool area is lovely. I would definately stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends. It is by far the best Holiday Inn hotel I've ever stayed in.

Recently I went with my wife to a concert and we usually stay with Holiday Inn Express hotels. We originally wanted to be more downtown, but came to find out that most were sold out down there, so we broadened our range and found this hotel. We arrived at the hotel, and we even noticed a newer Holiday Inn Express sign, something that my wife and I had never seen before... it seemed more modern, so that was a good first impression. We walked in and heard some soft upbeat music, my wife noticed a smell I couldn't smell, my nose is never that great. But in her opinion it smelled good, later we found out there is a scent machine that they are starting to use, and it definitely made an impression. Greeting the front desk was easy, because they greeted us first, it was a gentleman wearing a suit, immediately directed his attention to us to welcome us. We were a little later checking in, so all I had to do was verify my card, and he had all the paperwork ready to go, so we checked in and went to the room. The room was huuuuuuuuuge! I'm not used to traveling, but I've been in quite a few Expresses, and this one takes the cake. Two king beds in every room, I even went down to ask if we could get a smaller room... possibly a smaller bed, but no, every room is STANDARD with two king beds, can't beat that. Besides other reviewers, my wife and I had a great experience, nice people, nice facility, good food in the morning (they had scrambled eggs and bisquits and gravy), and I was definitely pleased. Definitely going to stay again, especially since it's so easy to get downtown!

For a new hotel this was terrible
04/30/2008Staff is complety untrained. rooms were not that cleaned carpet appeared to be not vacumned. bed looked like it had been slept in. all staff could say was sorry!! area ...
Staff is complety untrained. Rooms were not that cleaned carpet appeared to be not vacumned. Bed looked like it had been slept in. All staff could say was sorry!! Area is diffuclt to get to during traffic no sighn a major intersection and hotel is down the bi-road 1/2 mile. Worst experience by far in a hotel
