The staff was friendly, we had to pay $50 for our pet but that was to ensure that the room was deep cleaned for the next guest, so we didnt mind paying out that money. My pet loved the outdoors and barking at the cars on the busy highway next to the hotel. Make sure they are leashed or they wont be going home with you!! Breakfast was fun, our dog even went swimming with us, our kids loved it. I would stay here over and over again.

The hotel staff where very nice. The Breakfast was really great. The pool was nice and warm. The bed's where a little on the hard side. You could feel each spring digging into your side/back. The pillows where nice though. The shower head was not that great and the hot water ran out every so often and then would be back after a few minutes. The location was great though. Pick another hotel in that area.

THE CONFIRMATION STATED $137.40 FOR A SUNDAY NIGHT WHICH I THOUGHT WAS PRICEY BUT WOULD PAY IF THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND NEWER. WHEN WE CHECKED IN AFTER DRIVING 700 MILES THAT DAY, I WAS CHARGED FOR THE ROOM $108.29. THEN I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE A NON-REFUNDABLE $50.00 CHARGE FOR OUR CAT. I WAS CHARGED $187.40 ON MY VISA. THE PRICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEARER ON THE SITE AND THE $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE WAS HIGH FOR A CAT. STAYED IN IDAHO FALLS AT THE LE RITZ ON THE RETURN TRIP FOR $60 LESS.
