For the price THIS IS THE BEST DEAL! The location is amazing it's 5 minute walk (2 blocks away) from the times square and the subway station. The rooms were kinda small but we had two beds which probably was why. The breakfast was pretty good everything was fresh the only thing is the seating a little tight but you can usually find a seat! For the price and location you can't go wrong. BOOK THIS PLACE ASAP!

12/19/2010Title says it all. the hotels include flat screen tvs, but otherwise bland, cheap shampoo/conditioner. definitely worth the location if you can get a good rate!

Excellent location - walking distance to the Times Square, the MOMA and lots of eating places nearby. The staff were excellent and very friendly. None of the rude NY service or behaviour here. As this is situated in a predominantly commercial district- it was noisy during the day naturally but even sometimes at night too. While it was quite safe for most parts - one morning we observed a stranger just walk off the street- fill up a plate with food from the breakfast table and walk right back out. that was a little concerning. But oither than that it seemed quite safe. But overall it was a very good stay.

Room was small, but from what I understand, is pretty standard for NYC. The carpet smelled alittle musty, like it had been wet and not properly aired out. Water pressure could have been better, as my hair is long and it took forever to rinse. Staff was excellent and very courteous. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

Good location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The free morning breakfast had enough selections for our family. Rooms are tiny, but I guess that's what you get in NYC. The bathroom had a slightly musty smell. More positives than anything though.Would recommend
