I have stayed in hotels before that were less then satisfactory. This hotel was one of the best ever. When I first went into this hotel the first thing I noticed was how clean it was and how it smelled. It smelled so good even in the elevators. Then whenever I went to talk to the people that worked there, they were so nice and informative. They pointed out some of the best places to go eat. I do not eat fast food and one of the employees even told me of a place to eat that was the bomb. Now in this day and age people are not very friendly. This place is number one on the list of friendly people and eager to help in anyway they can. There were many places around there to go eat even in walking distance. There was a Kroger less then a half mile away. It was easy on and off the interstate. If you wanted to go other places it wouldn't take all day to get there. The swimming pool was another point that was awesome. They had a continental breakfast that was out of this world, it had biscuits and gravey, cinnamon rolls, cereal, coffee you name it and it was on there, plus all kinds of juices it was to die for. I stayed for two days and didn't want to leave. I will stay there again. I have no problem going back to see everybody and staying again they were like family. Loved them and there hotel. Thanks a million. One thing I forgot was the bathroom. It was so clean there was not one hair in it nowhere and the room was awesome to. Not one dirty spot nowhere. I'm a very pickie person

Perfect stay for the Brickyard 400. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Beds were very soft and cozy, loved the pillow choices. Pool was very nice but a little too cold. Good breakfast. Easily accessible, close to everything we needed.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Northwest near Park 100 when I was in Indianapolis for business recently. I really enjoyed my visit. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good (bacon on a complimentary breakfast - I was suprised), and the staff was phenomenal. I made a good choice in staying with this hotel. I'll be back the next time I am in the area for sure.

I recently visited the Holiday Inn Express Northwest in Indianapolis. We were in town for a sporting event and my child's ball team was playing around the clock tournaments near this hotel. I was surprised at how wonderful the staff was at this hotel! Our team travels a lot, and usually when we stay at the hotels "recommended" by the sporting facility, the people are not always as friendly as you would hope (I guess that a lot of the hotels that we stay at deal with sports teams a lot, and sometimes seem to be aggrivated with us). At any rate - I received nothing but top-notch service while I was at this hotel, and was truly impressed by the staff not only at the Front Desk, but in the Breakfast and Housekeeping departments as well. Everyone was all smiles! The Security Agent had to address some of the other guests that were drinking in the lobby area during one evening of our visit...but he was very discreet and courteous even when the people who were drinking were not so polite - and I thought to myself that his job must not be easy, so I was surprised at how kind and calm he was while speaking with these folks. The free hot breakfast was definitely a great thing to have, and the cinnamon rolls were WONDERFUL! When our team visits the Indianapolis area for future tournaments, I hope this hotel is still one of the places that is recommended, because we would LOVE to have an opportunity to stay here again. The have excellent service, a beautiful hotel, and I feel like a got a good deal while staying here. Thanks Holiday Inn Express Northwest Indianapolis!
