Our stay was very comfortable. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly as was the employee at the breakfast area. The breakfast was ok except the eggs were a bit runny and the pancake machine was not working. I knew the hotel had flooded before being remodeled so I knew it had a musty smell, but I didnt expect it on the 5th floor. We were there for a weekend event at Market Square so the distance was great for walking. I loved that the rooms were all inside, the pizzeria right around the corner and was walking distance from the San Fernando Cathedral as well. The only thing was that we had to pay for parking even at the hotels reserved areas. $* a day was a lot when we are alrealdy paying for the hotel. But all in all i think we would stay there again since it was very convenient for what we needed.

This hotel was clean and provided a place to sleep which is what we needed. However, it was not as close as it claimed to be - and not within close proximity of the convention center in that we could walk TO the convention center but not HOME with all our stuff. Also this isnt in a good part of downtown - it's not where tourist and pedstrians are so after dark it's scary to walk back. The hotel was clean but it's a do-it-yourself-er for sure, and the loading/unloading is difficult because there is very little room in front for your car and there are steps in front, no ramp. I will be making more trips to S.A. but will not stay here - it's too out of the way.

My wife and I only stayed one night and that was enough for us. The staff was nice however that was one of the only nice things about this hotel. I didn't have high expectations and was still a little disappointed. The room was clean enough, but there were no towels. The AC would run full blast no matter what it was set on, so it got pretty chilly at night. The iron wouldn't hold water, it just leaked out all over everything. We were on the fifth floor and found it MUCH faster to take the stairs rather than wait on the elevator. The breakfast was okay. It is cheaper than a lot of the other hotels in the area, but i expected a little more than what we got.

08/10/2009The pictures are false and the parking is terrible!!!! there is no pool like in the pictures and the breakfast is terrible! i would recommend anyone staying there to cancel ...
