  Overall we had a good experience at this hotel. The only disappointment was that when we booked the trip, we requested a crib in the room. Several days before, we called to confirm that they'd have a crib for us. When we checked in, there was no crib and they told us they had no cribs. They didn't know what happened or who we confirmed with, but basically too bad for us. We had to go buy a playpen for our baby (and then we returned it so it worked out all right). But later on in a storage room I saw they had 2 cribs just sitting there. When I told the desk person about it, she said they had been recalled and they couldn't use them. But it looked like she had lied to me. So overall, that was the only negative thing about the trip. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent.

  We travel to Louisiana regularly and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Every stay has been top notch. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and in good repair.

  My Husband and I went for a romantic night outting. The hotel was very nice. It is very well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast also. The only thing that we did not like is that we was on the bottom floor and all night long we would hear people walking around could not sleep well with this happening. I would forsure go back and stay again but would want to be on the very top floor.

  It took less than 3 minutes to check in, staff was efficient and friendly, room was very clean, neat and well appointed. Common spaces nice, clean and well mantained. Only complaint was that the elevataor was very slow. Will definitely go back.

  Stayed here for a family reunion, new facility, great modern decor, great service. Very clean and well-maintained so far. Pool area was a little small, but everything else was great. Price was a little higher than the other area rooms, but it was worth it and it wasn't overly expensive. Highly recommended.
