  Had extreme difficulity finding the hotel. Had to call for directions in spite of detailed map from Google. Do not use google map. Area appears industrial. Hotel lobby and rooms are beautiful. Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast area, very well organized.

  I loved staying at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Council Bluffs. The staff made me feel right at home and the amenities exceeded my expectations. This hotel is fairly new so everything is fresh and clean. It was worth staying at.

  I stayed at this hotel in the dead of winter and the staff was phenomenal. The hotel is very new and modernly decorated. The showerheads are to die for! I love this hotel and plan to return over and over again!

  This hotel was wonderful, the staff was excellent. We have stayed a couple times now and refer it to everyone. The cleanliness is great, and again the staff is great. Will go back time and time again. They offered toys for the pool area for the kids. What an idea! You can still smell the newness when you walk in the door. We live in the area, but can't afford big trips far away, but to a child the car ride takes forever. They think we went far! We can come here and spend the night swimming and then leave in the morning and the kids will talk about it for days!

  This hotel appears to be new, right across from the Convention Center. The beds were so comfortable and the excercise room was better than at most. Wireless highspeed in the rooms was greatly appreciated as well as the little refrigerator.
