This is our fourth time staying at this hotel. The location is great....only two safe blocks from Times Square and one from the subway. The hotel looks new....they are constantly updating...there are two computers for guest use...the breakfast is awesome with servers constantly cleaning tables and re-supplying food. The rooms are small....you just have to get used to it......the only people who stay in BIG rooms in this part of New York are rich and I am not. We will continue to book this hotel because of the location, the graciousness of the staff and the breakfast.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Right around the corner from all the restaurants in Hells Kitchen, 2 blocks from a main subway to get us just about anywhere and a few blocks from Times Square. The area is a little older but we never felt unsafe, which safety was a big factor since we were all girls. The staff at the hotel were Amazing. ABC and PQR at the front desk in the evenings were top notch. They always greeted us, answered our questions, gave us shopping and eating hints and were just generally great. They made sure we had every thing we needed to make our stay great. The manager was out and around all the time also checking on his guests and always had a smile. Rooms are small, but I think this is the norm for NYC. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.The only negative was they were re flooring the whole lobby and dining area while we were there and this made the lobby area loud and crowded at times. But the staff and rooms definately made up for the renovation issues.

The hotel was great and the views were wonderful. You can even see the Empire State Building from there. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was always courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It is so close to Time Square and all the action. I took my daughter here for her birthday and she had a wonderful time and she loved the hotel.

Stayed two nights with girlfriend. Room was tiny, but was just what we needed. After doing all the touristy stuff and walking everywhere, it was nice to get back to the hotel and rest up for later. Couldn't find a "do not disturb" sign, so room service came by a few times in the morning. Overall a great room fir a short stay in NYC. Would stay again if the price is right.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn while attending the New York Toy Fair. It was a short 3 block walk to both Jacob Javitz and Times Square. It is close to food, shopping and entertainment. The hotel is super clean, with a friendly and helpfull staff. It serves not only a nice, but free breakfast. The beds are nicely done, firm and comfortable with a choice of pillows. The hotel is on a less traveled side street, but it is safe and a short distance to a well traveld and well lit corner. It is not a spacious luxury hotel. It is small with small nicely appointed rooms. This results in a very close and friendly atmosphere. It is the best value I have found in the city and will stay again on business or on vication with my family. Should I need luxury or more room I may choose another. It was a great stay. Thanks for a thumbs up experience.
