My wife and I took a four-day weekend trip to Virginia Beach. We chose this hotel because of its location. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel and rooms were kept very clean. The room was amazing! It was very clean and homey. The view from the balcony was incredible from beautiful sunny days to romantic nights. One morning we witnessed a breath-taking sunrise. The local restaurants provided wonderful atmospheres, good service and delicious food. This vacation really took our minds off the real world for a weekend and we can't wait to go back again!

this hotel has the best employees. i am a business traveler and stay at a lot of hotels. from the front desk to the engineer to the housekeepers, it was nothing but smiles. the continental breakfast is enjoyable, small, but very convenient. everything ran smoothly. i would definitely stay there again on my next trip to virginia beach!

I have been traveling back and forth to VA Beach to visit my son and have stayed in other Holiday Inns. This one was by far the best! The staff was wonderful, the location was wonderful and the rooms were immaculate. Now I know where to stay every time I visit.

Just returned from our vacation to Virginia Beach. We stayed at this hotel. I was expecting more from Holiday Inn. I think we paid a fair price for our room but housekeeping is not very good. For two out of our 8 night stay our room was still not clean by 5:00 p.m. The pool water was cloudy all week and the whirlpool did not work during our stay. On the positive side we had a nice (though small) balcony which we enjoyed and the hotel was very quiet and close to the center of the evening outdoor activities.

The stay was very good, the pool was very dirty with way too much chlorine. the hot tub was milky and in need of a lot of attention. The dining room experience was horrible. We ask for coffee and water and got coffee and hot water. I had to explain to the waiter who could not understand me at all what a glass of water was and then he bought it to us straight from the tap with no ice. the service was very poor. None of the waiters could speak real good enblish and could not bring you what you wanted. the food for the buffett was sparce and the fruit had flies in it. Definitely would not eat in the restaurant again. Never swim in the pool you just might catch something. My grandson broke out in hives from the chlorine. I am a traveler with a disability and the room for disabled is definitely not for the person with arthritis and bending over problems. NOT DISABLED PERSON FRIENDLY AT ALL...TERRIBLE
