We stayed 5 nights in Mid-August. The breakfast offerings remained the same daily, but was always available on time, and were a welcome start to the day. Lobby was appealing, desk staff were friendly & eager to please. The fridge in the room was great! We used the shuttle to/from the Metro each day and were very happy with that service (they even brought water for us for the short trip back to the hotel). Housekeeping could have been better - empty pizza boxes were still in the room by day 3 I needed to put them in the hallway as the room started to have an ant problem. Housekeeping also neglected to replace towels, but the front desk replaced them quickly. We also had to kill a wasp in the room near the end of the stay. I recommend factoring in the transportation costs to DC; an all-day Metro Pass is $*/person - an additional $*/day for my family of 5 to get to/from DC. We could not find any restaurants nearby that were conveniently located, and spent 90 minutes one night looking for the McDonalds our GPS said was 1.5 miles away (it was there - but requires a 5 mile trip on the expressway to backtrack). While not the hotel's fault, unless you call for delivery, dining at night was a chore. We did stumble onto a Friday's (or similar), but have no idea how we got there.

The location of this hotel will be hard to locate without a GPS. One problem was the city address was listed in Camp Springs but the actual city was Suitland. You will not find this hotel under Camp Springs. This is my first time traveling to the eastcoast and I would not have easily gotten to the hotel without a GPS. One of the elevator was not working and the pool was not opened or in operation. I would highly recommend any travelers to use the Metrorail system if you would like to travel into Washington, DC. For the price of the nights we stayed in this hotel I would give it a 4 out of 5.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable, the pool was nice, and breakfast was good. Everyone found something they liked each morning. It is a half mile walk to the Metro, which we took into the city every day we were there. We didn't find too many places nearby to eat at though (there's a Subway and a Red Lobster). Only one of the elevators was working while we were there, so we took the stairs alot. Overall, it was a great hotel for the price we paid!

I would like to thank those two people that help get my room at this hotel cause it was an experience that I never had. That was my first time in Maryland an it will not be my last. The front desk really help me out alot by helping me to get my hotel an help me to find my way around Maryland. The hotel room was nice and big and I really enjoy it. The food was great as well and thay have a nice fitness room too. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool but I'm pretty sure it was nice. I would sugess this hotel to anyone. Thank you again for everything!
