The kids and I are here now and highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. I was tired of driving with 3 kids and just said, "first hotel I come to, that's where we are going". And here we are. We were greeted with a smiling face, a genuine welcome, soft cookies, and let's see what's the cheapest rate we can find you, oh and do you have a preference which floor. I actually felt like my satisfaction truly mattered and I got a vote. Once we were in our room, I felt the room was quaint and "homey" but with class. I like that you can walk on both sides of the bed without having to suck it in or walk sideways. If I had to change anything, I would add a bit more space in the bathroom. Several hotel bathrooms are small and if you are trying to bathe a kiddo or want to step out of the bathroom after getting out of the shower, you must get around the toilet. Any others relate? But the bathroom has granite and a wonderfully tall shower for all you tallbies. After getting the kiddos bathed, I recieved a phone call asking if I needed anything or if they could do anything else to make my stay better. Oh, and the beds, wonderful. I am going to tear the sheets off in the morning to see what kind they are- talk about comfortable! You know how some people steal the towels and such? I am tempted to steal the bed! JK, but it helps to make a memorable experience. Can't wait to experience breakfast! I paid $* for two queen beds BTW.

We were here for only a few days. We were greeted by a very nice staff! The room was CLEAN, nice and perfect for our family. It is close to the highway, but not close to traffic. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was awesome. Nice dining area with some very good food. We got some pool time in. Clean pool. We will stay here again when in town.

We had a wonderful experience at this HI Express. The customer service we received from every employee was outstanding. The rooms were VERY clean and the location was easily accessible. We didn't have long, but spent some time at the pool - while its small - the pool was clean and we were able to soak up some rays. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.
