Its decently clean, only one or two potato chips behind the nightstand, didn't see any bugs. The window unit AC/Heater worked well, which is good b/c it was super cold when I stayed. Bed was comfortable, there was soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine, sausage and eggs, cereal, pastries and fruit. TV was kind of old school, not a flat panel, no video games or pay per view. The workout facility is pretty small. Restaurants within waking distance. Overall fine place to stay for a couple nights if passing through or on business.

I was in Bentonville on business and had my reservation mixed up where I normally stay. What a pleasant surprise! This hotel was such a delight in so many ways--impeccably clean, down-home friendliness, and attentive to every need. The breakfast bar was outstanding, and the hostess very helpful. The staff all went out of their way to make me feel at home. I'll be back!
