  Worn carpets in the hallways. terrible pancakes, worst i"ve ever tasted. unpleasant help. pool and sauna were nice. room was well kept.

  This facility is adjacent to the Convention Center in Fort Smith, which is a ways off of the interstate. ""Downtown"" is pretty quiet, but safe and pleasant. Rooms open onto a large central atrium with a nice waterfall. The hotel is mostly remodeled, and our room was new. First room we were offered had not been cleaned well, but we were quickly moved to another that was very nice. I would definitely recommend, as this is probably the nicest place in town.
