Great choice
12/04/2010We loved this hotel. excellent location, clean rooms, neat lobby. i would definetely stay again and i absolutely recommend it. we only missed a complimentary breakfast and free parking.

Wonderful experience, don't let the holiday inn name stear you to believe this is a generic hotel with no character because it's the opposite!! All of the new Orleans character you could want, meticiously clean, beautiful pool, beautiful lobby, bar and restaurant. Great staff, they have 24 hour armed security however the hotel always is quiet, safe etc. Great location. Will always stay here especially at the amazing rates for what you get.

Room was fine although the plumbing needed some work. The shower/tub didn't drain well at all, and the toilet usually needed a couple flushings per use. Enjoyed the patio and pool area--very pleasant.

Our room was a little small and needed a few minor repairs, especially in the bathroom. We would also have liked a refrigerator in the room. But all in all, the hotel is in an excellent location just one block off of Bourbon Street, so it was close enough to walk everwhere, but still quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My Wife and I came back to the Chateau LeMoyne after Honeymooning there back in 1986 we have returned this month May 15th thru the 19th and I must say was very happy to have received the same service as I received when we were there on our Honeymoon. All the Associates were very plesant, professional and careing. We arrived prior to check in, The hotel held our things, we went out and had Breakfest, when we returned our room was avalible long before check-in. When I visit New Orleans again I will surely return.
