When you make a reservation at the Holiday Inn, you don't expect luxury but a minimum of comfort. In the first room I was given, the toilet did not flush. I was moved to another room, the next day, and in that one the shower register was loose and coming off the wall. There was no way to regulate the temperature. I left for another hotel. They probably just need to hire a plumber:) Apart from that the personnel was courteous and the bed was very comfortable

This was a very nice hotel, very clean and well decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Location was good, staff was friendly and helpful. The only draw back, they did not offer a free continental breakfast. There was a restaurant that served breakfast but this was not as convenient when you are on the run. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nearby all the local tourist attractions. They had service to and from the metro station. When we arrived I asked about directions to the Maryland Soccerplex, we went to a Washington Freedom (WPS) soccer game. The directions were delivered to our room within 5 minutes of our check-in. The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The pillows were awesome! We will stay with them again on our return visits.

We travel from Costa Rica to Washington to see a soccer game and decided to stay at this hotel 6 nights. The staff is courteous, the hotel is not new but is in good condition, food is ok, rooms were serviced accordingly on a daily basis. The only thing was that we were unable to make calls room to room (they had to be performed through the operator) but that was not a bid deal. Overall we had a very good expericience according to the price we paid.
