  The front desk people were courteous and friendly the room was very clean and well furnished. I am new to booking through Travel agency, however, in the future when I travel Holiday Inn will be my first choice for accomodations. The housekeeping staff was top notched and professional...saw to my every need. Overall I got more for my money than expected...Three stars--closer to four stars.

  Over all the hotel was accomaditing and well clean. They also faxed some important papers free of charge for me. The room was clean and I was given extra pillows without asking for them.

  The in house restaurant was a little over the top for a Holiday Inn Express. Not good for traveling middle class families. We felt so uncomfortable in the restaurant we had to get up and leave before they had even taken our order. We ended up ordering pizza and having it delivered to our room.

  We were in town visiting family and upgraded to a King Suite! We were given 3 free breakfasts for each day of our stay! We were very pleased to see internet access in the lobby to check email, but no privacy doing this. Pool was alittle too warm.Parking was alittle difficult as nightclub attached to hotel got busy and no close parking for us after 9 PM! Curtains in room let in alittle sliver of light in AM. Other than that, we were very happy with room...very clean. Super staff and David was the best!!

  For Holiday Inn we anticipated better. Window unit cooling system was very loud going on and off all night. No continental breakfast - a real disapointment considering the price for the room. Only 3 towels provided in a room for 4 people. Clean but not restful considering the loud window units, and no breakfast.
