  Elevator smelled like urine.

  refregerator did not work
  smoke alarm went off when heater turned ...

  Smoke alarm went off when heater turned on (heard it from 3 other rooms as well)
  Shower water pressure low and noisy
  Sink drain broken
  HVAC unit very noisy
  Holiday Inn is not what it used to be. Time to change brands.

  Hotel was very close to the mall and a variety of resturants, and also located off of one of many highways that leads into downtown houston which made it every ...

  Hotel was very close to the mall and a variety of resturants, and also located off of one of many highways that leads into downtown Houston which made it every nice to get around. Rooms were very clean and nice along with extremely comfortable beds compared to other hotels that i have stayed at.
  Would deffinetly recommend to anyone.

  We were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, and the beds were very comfortable. i would definitely stay here again if we had to travel to the area again.

  This is an older holiday inn; however, the bed was very comfortable. it's within a couple of miles from willowbrook mall. indoor pool - but no where to tan (deck) - ...

  This is an older Holiday Inn; however, the bed was very comfortable. It's within a couple of miles from Willowbrook Mall. Indoor pool - but no where to tan (deck) - very friendly front desk personnel - free hot buffet breakfast - not a lot of choice, but no cost either.Overall a satisfactory stay.
