Maybe it was just that one night but it was very loud at night. Between hearing neighboring rooms through the vents(very clearly), people partying late, and the poor guy puking his brains out somewhere close enough on our floor that we could hear it like it was in our bathroom. Probably won't stay there again but like I said I don't know if it is always like that.

When we arrivied, we were greated by an extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They assisted us with the registration and we were in our room with our complimentary chapagne in just minutes. A taxi was available to take us the Harrah's when we came downstairs. Danica, guided us to a great restaurant and provided us with a map and very accurate directions. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Convention Center and just three blocks from the Sprint Center. We had never visited KC before, but after our visit, we will return, and when we do, we will definately return to this quaint boutique hotel. We will be back within 6 months!!!!! Wow what a fine staff and wonderful facility,

The place was very nice, clean and friendly. I wasn't sure what to expect as some of the reviews I read weren't all that good. A lot people reported unfriendly staff which was not the case at all during our stay. I would stay there again for sure.

I was staying in the Aladdin Holiday Inn downtown kansas City,this was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stay in.Because of my job I travel alot and always stay in Holiday Inns hotels thisa was the worst.I was there two days and made several trips to the front desk to get this worked out but the only thing the could really do was to change my room after several attempts to clean it.The first day I walked in the room and found water bottles,hairs pins left in the bathroom,trash on the desk,someones sock left in the corner of the room,trash on floor.That same night when I started to get in bed I found that the sheet where dirty I couldn't sleep in the bed.The next day told the front desk please to clean my room throughly.When I got back to the room the next eve the bed still was not clean,that when I ask to switch rooms.
