I stayed there with my wife and 2 children. The Hotel is ok, the rooms and bathroom are small. The elevator is super small can hold like 3 people at a time. It seemed like a good price thoug unfortunately we missed our flights because of the weather and even though I had the Travel agency agent called before the cancelation policy time they still went and collect my money. Once I get there they told me nothing couldn't be done and I paid for an extra day I didn't use. My opinion is that the Manager that works there applies the refunds himself and pockets the money of the guests. Same thing with Taxi's he probably cohorts with a friend and trips that should be less expensive end up costing more. Beware.

We were leading a trip consisting of 5 teenage kids and three adults on an educational trip of Paris the week after Christmas. I can rate this Holiday Inn quite highly. Though the first night was a total waste because I couldn't sleep due to traffic noise (NOTE: book your rooms on the side away from the front and facing the courtyard behind), they quickly rectified the problem. The staff was polite, strove hard to help out the kids with their French and were helpful on directions. Sure, the showers/bathroom was small, but that's the way it is all over Paris (not to mention some of NYC too). Having a Metro entrance outside the hotel is quite and advantage over other hotels (because sometimes you have quite a hike ahead of you). Breakfast was filling, good and they had breakfast ready for our group at 4:00 am, in order for us to make our flight. I've read other reviews for this hotel, and I can tell you that if book a room in the back, learn to say a little French, and drop some of the American attitude that many travelers possess, you'll appreciate this place.
