My friend and I stayed here when we went to a hockey game at the Civic Center. It was a great hotel...very clean, friendly/helpful staff, great restraunt and bar. The hotel is located in a nice location, close to downtown and the Civic Center. I was also able to book a room including breakfast. I would recommend it, you receive $* in the restraunt for $* and the food is great!

we stayed here for 2 nights with our three grandchilden ages 13,13, & 8 the room and the staff here were very friendly and we had a great stay very close and centerally located to attractions and shopping many resturants close by and we had breakfast everyday at hotel AWSOME food and wait staff were nice. the rooms were clean and beds were confortable , the hotel was quiet . i booked online and everything was fine upon check in no problems the front desk staff was great and friendly as was everyone we came in contact with during our stay . the kids had a great time and loved it there we would stay here again if we come back great for the money.

Where can I begin? Four of us (2 couples) stayed from. We arrived late the 1st day so ate at the hotel's restaurant. One of the men had salmon, said it tasted "different" but it was late and he was hungry so he ate it and ended up being violently ill for three days! We notified management, but nothing was done - they did not even bother to ask how he was feeling! The very rude night manager told us he was "aware of the salmon" - whatever that meant. We rented two suites (avg. $*per night). Rooms were tired, smelly and not very clean. Many stains on upholstery and carpeting - did I mention that this is a pet friendly hotel? Late one afternoon we returned to our room (after being out all day) to find the door to our room propped open! Apparently housekeeping left it open for some reason and forgot to close it. When I informed the front desk the response was "oops, what's with our housekeeping staff?" They told us to notify them if anything was missing! Freight trains pass very close to the hotel and the train whistles woke us up everyday around 3 a.m. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the beds were comfortable, and one of the women at the front desk was very nice. The wait staff in the restuarant were friendly and breakfast buffet was OK. We should have moved, but didn't, Very few rooms were available in town and frankly none of the other hotels looked any better and were all very expensive.

During my stay I had an encounter with a woman/manager named Stephanie. Her demeanor was less than courteous to me and she was quite rude to the staff behind the counter. It made me wonder if they treat all their customers this way.
