Stayed here for a "girl's weekend" and loved every minute of it. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast in the Cafe was great. This hotel has definitely made it onto our "Will stay again" list.

The hotel was exactly as advertised....could smell the cookies before I walked in the door...staff were polite...room was great...nice size bathroom....was told of the terrace but was too foggy for us to see the fireworks from Disney...my wife kept telling me how great my choice was....cant beat that experience for that price.....the one and only bad thing was that there were a few ants in the bathroom.

We stayed at the Castle after having stayed a luxury resort in Kissimmee for first 4 nights. It was a decent but dark. I loved the location, close to all of the happening dining and attractions and the parking was free. The pool is small and intimate but overall, I would stay here again.

My family and I stayed here because of the convenience of the Disney/Universal Parks. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We only experienced a few problems. You have to pay for WIFI and it is the same price as the dial up. My husband has an internet business and he needed to check on things throughout the trip. We could never keep a connection and after 3 days of complaining about this, the hotel's tech support talked me through it. However, because of the hassle, we weren't charged for the internet for our entire stay. Housekeeping tossed our dinner in the trash and when we came back ready to eat, it wasn't there but once again, the manager just cancelled our charges (such as drinks at the bar, and local calls), Overall, it was a great vacation.

We loved it!! The staff were friendly and pleasant, we had some problem with our TV the day we arrive we told them about it and someone was at our door to fix it in less than 5 mins. I am going back this month to stay for a week and I know I am going to enjoy myself. Everything is close by walking distance,.
