Not worth your money

Terrible - no continental breakfast. Plastic was taped all up and down the hallway so that everytime someone walked by in the night you were awoken by the sound of crunching plastic outside the door. If they were done painting, why not lift the plastic? If they hadn't started yet, why did they lay it down a week ahead of time? We went to the counter and asked for a set of cloths when we ran out. They said they'd call housekeeping and have them brought up. They NEVER showed up. WE ran out of toiletries and were not given more even though the room was "taken care of" while we were outside the bedroom for the day. I inquired about a smoking room and they said they could offer a room with a balcony...then they put us in a room WITHOUT a balcony. What gives? The internet connection in the complimentary computer-use-area was slower than dial-up. A customer ahead of us came to the cust service desk with a large piece of the ceiling in his hand that had fallen on his head in his room. Holy smokes!!

Saw a reviewer or two say no hot water. Thought it was a fluke. Nope. No hot water. Maintenance said let er run! After 40 minutes, lukewarm at best. Hot water shouldn't be a luxury item in the United States.

I was so pleased with my accommodations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and nicely appointed. The only complaint was that the air conditioning filter was extremely dirty, causing it not to cool at all. The maintenance staff did take care of it the following day. The cost was more than reasonable. I would happily stay at this Holiday Inn again.

WONDERFUL 3 NIGHTS

We checked in they never told me they were having trouble with no HOT water, every time I acquired about the water they would say. "they're having a problem with boiler it will be fixed in a couple of hours", well guess what - it nevergot fixed. I'll never stay in that hotel again and you were no HELP, I'll never use you again eigther. I demand a refund never got it.
