The room was not the most attractive and the towels were very thin, but the service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed 1 night over spring break and despite the hotel being completely filled with families, the evening snacks and large breakfast buffet were constantly stocked and the choices plentiful. The lines were long but the staff was very efficient and ran things smoothly. It is always a nice touch to have free evening cocktails and a mini- fridge and microwave in the room.

Was recommended by a friend to stay near the airport as it's usually a bit safer. Felt completely safe in this hotel as it had guest parking in the parking garage that was connected to the hotel. The rooms were decent size & clean. Hot breakfast in the morning was great & the kickback (which we only went to once since we were sight seeing) was awesome. This will be the hotel of choice when we visit San Antonio.

I stayed at the this hotel for two days and was pleased with the customer service they provided. The breakfast was GREAT and the evening snacks were good and the drinks are a definite bonus. The beds are very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like is that the rooms look a little old. They have remodeled the rooms but the walls and the carpeting look pretty old and the carpet was pretty stained. I would definetly stay again, great value for the price.

"The extras aren't extra", That is their catch phrase and let me say one thing, they truly operate by that motto. They have free hot breakfast and dinner with three free alcoholic drinks each night. The dinners aren't Logan or Longhorn quality, BUT they are still good and a way to save considerable money. The breakfasts were great and dinners were good. They also have an Applebee's right next door to them in case you wanted to eat there instead. Free drinks and popcorn in the afternoon to evenings as well, works great for kids and movies in the afternoons to evenings. I'm not sure what they had in the fitness center but from what I could see everything looked great. They are doing some remodeling right now, but even with that going on the stay was still very pleasant. The front desk personnel were very helpful and gracious.

I have 3 children ranging from 3 to 8 and this hotel was very welcoming to our family. I am very picky about staying in hotels because im afraid of germs,etc. The rooms are clean,updated,etc. The staff was very nice and the food was not only great but free. Honestly the breakfast has a big variety like eggs,sausage,waffles,etc. Free snacks and dinner. Even More perks than that. There were a lot of families at this hotel which was very great for us because we didnt have to worry about the kids being too loud. I will not stay anywhere else in san antonio.
