We arrived at the SEATAC airport at 1100 pm for an overnight before continuing home. We called the number on our printout and were picked up by the shuttle to go to the closest ? Holiday Inn promptly but my husband mistakenly had booked us in Seattle Renton. Panick!...but it turned out to be very nice. The ride was only 8 minutes, the check-in process was easy, the room was very clean and comfortable, and they shuttled us back to the airport the next morning (in rush hour traffic) in less than 12 minutes. We also missed out on the traffic, both ground and air, while we slept. It was a nice surprise to a long trip home and I would stay there again without hesitation.

Front desk was very courteous, the rooms are clean. Easy access to the highway and airport. If you have an early flight you may want to find a hotel closer to the airport. Free parking is nice.

Very nice hotel, about 12 minutes for SEATAC with 24/7 shuttle service. The hotel restaurant prepared excellent meals and pleasant service, nothing overpriced. Complimentary coffee and tea in rooms, and serving complimentary Seattle Best coffee in lobby was a plus. Many fast foods locations within 2-3 minutes walking along with at least 1 supermarket as well. Would definitely enjoy staying at this property in the future.

I have stayed here several times over the past year and the customer service is always excellent. The rooms are spacious and are always meticulously clean. The beds are comfortable and invite sleep and with the "Pillow Menu" there is a pillow for everyone's preference. That being said, you can get a clean room and comfortable bed at most hotels, but what sets the Holiday Inn apart is their people. Everyone seems genuinely happy to work there, even the housekeeping staff. The front desk personnel are cheerful and helpful without going overboard. They are just the type of people you want to find on the front desk when you are checking in after a long trip. They are the reason I keep choosing the Holiday Inn at Renton.
