Every staff person we have ran into is super nice and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous and HUGE! The pool area is nice and has plenty of room for everyone. The beds are so comfortable that you almost don't want to get out of them. I love staying at this property & can't wait to come back to the area.

We called to see if thay had a pool. was told there was open there. When we arrived was told poolunder renovation, but we could use the hotel next doors pool. That pool was outisde and not heated like we ere told. It was too cold back in April. Kids very disappointed. Will not stay again there. My oldest lives ther so we make amny visits. They will not get my money again
