Nice hotel, staff and location. Only a couple comments - there was no hair dryer which seems a little odd since it had a kitchen with all the needed equipement. The other issue was that the water in the shower was only lukewarm - not good for either a morning wake up shower or for shower sex. This makes for a disappointing hotel visit.

On my way to check into this mystery hotel, the desk clerk couldnt tell me how to get to his employement, and I ended up on the wrong side of Austin, thanks to him.
When I finally found the place, it was not located in the "arboretum" as the name states, it was 2 exits south of Gateway, off the highway next to a used car lot. I had no idea people lived in a place like this. It is filthy and very very scary at night, my work colleaugues didnt want me to stay. It was more of an outdoor motel with polyester curtains than a suite or hotel. -
