I would chalk this up to "You get what you pay for" Front Desk Concierge was helpful but not particularly congenial. I was put in a room "119" right next to the fromt desk and the side enterance. I "enjoyed" hearing the bang of the door all night b/c there was a poor excuse for a hydrolic stop on the door. When I requested a room change the next morning I was told that room 119 was a "show" room and usually is not occupied. No wonder the TV controls did not work properly (no on, no sleep feature and it would turn off periodically on it's own). After changing rooms the next evening I remained taunted by a pacing insomniac on the floor above me the entire night...awesome! Aside from that and making sure the pacer was not going to be there the following night... The towels were like sandpaper, there was wi-fi but with a one time fee attached for the password...REALLY? No soaps other than the little bars. The drain in the bathtub was clogged. The cold water knob in the bathroom sink was inoperable. And to boot, there was no maid service at all or at least I experienced none.. Not even to empty the garbage. I would not return to any hotel affiliated with this chain (Extended stay Hotels) Oh and the beds in both rooms were sub par and extremely uncomfortable.

Good for the money
06/26/2007This hotel is basic but clean. it is a good value for the money. the staff was courteous. the room was very clean including the bathroom. i will stay again.

Not what I expected
05/25/2006Our room wasn't very clean. the air conditioner was extremely loud (didn't notice until we were trying to sleep). the employees at the front desk were not interested ...
Our room wasn't very clean. The air conditioner was extremely loud (didn't notice until we were trying to sleep). The employees at the front desk were not interested in helping customers.Unless you stay in this hotel for seven nights, they do NOT clean the room- including emptying trash/bringing fresh towels/making the bed...I stayed for three nights (family of three) . We ran out of towels quickly, the trash piled up...minor inconveniences. But on vacation, I like to NOT have to think about those things all the time. I guess I expected more than I should.
