  I first want to say that the hotel its self is beautiful and for the price you cant beat it, now with that said the staff was truly awful! Items that either did not work or we did not have were made to fell like we were a bother and when discussed with the manager all we got was you not staying another night are you? Sad but true...

  Very spacious suites, close to the Biltmore Mall, within walking distance to shopping and Trader Joes. Would be great for an extended stay. The breakfast was average but plentiful. Was pleased with the hotel due to the rate we got it at on a discount website but doubt I would pay full price for it. Not too far from the airport.
