  From poor service to poor amenities to run down interior there is no feeling at home at this Homestead. My problem did not just stop at the hotel. The hotels entrance/exit is located inconveniently next to a highway ramp that makes it accident waiting to happen especially during rush our. This is one hotel that I will avoid at all cost and I will certainly not recommend.

  Fortunately I did not have to pay to stay here. I was here partly on business. My wife and infant son were with me and we shared a two bed closet, literally. The small size of the room is not as bad as the carpet, which looked clean but was FILTHY. My poor baby's feet were black only after one quick crossing across the floor in bare feet. My schedule made it really difficult to make a room change, so we suffered through it and put socks on the baby's feet. It looks nice on the outside, but once you're in it seems depressing. Luckily we were moving on the following day. TOO SMALL AND DIRTY CARPETS!!

  I'm accustomed to traveling, and I've stayed in rooms from the best to the cheapest, and this was one of my worst experiences ever. The hotel staff lied to and yelled at me because they didn't have any available non-smoking rooms. I was put into a smoking room (which they insisted was non-smoking) but it had an ash tray, cigarette burns on some of the furniture, and no non-smoking labeling like the rooms adjacent to it. They wouldn't do anything to resolve the situation and neither would on-site reservations.
