We had a fabulous experience at the Sheraton. We were treated like family. Every staff member we came in contact with was professional and helpful. The rooms were very clean, beds very cozy, could of used a small microwave but overall great. There were plenty of amenities. The pool was great for our 2 year old. With the beach that close how could you go wrong. Valet parking is a steal for the price. Couldn't believe our luck. Already planning our trip for next year.

I stayed at the Sheraton with my new wife for our honeymoon. We upgraded our room to an Ocean side view. It was beautiful. The room was spacious. The resort was quiet. It made it a very peaceful vacation. The Sheraton Resort is fairly large. It sometimes feels like a maze. After a day or two you get used to it. There is breakfast buffet with a large assortment of dishes, a little cove with colorful fish, a pool, and a spa. There are places to rent snorkeling gear and a towel service for going to the pool/beach. There were some nights where my wife and I would relax and enjoy the view. The concierge desk was very helpful. They helped us book a couple of places to visit, like the aquarium and a snorkeling tour. Down the street is a wharf market. There are nice little shops and eateries there within walking distance. If you drive down south, the resort isn't too far away from Lahaina. Lahaina is filled with restaurants, bars, shopping places, and even a church if you need it. I found the staff to be very helpful and I really enjoyed my visit. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

We recently spent fall break in Maui. The Sheraton seemed like a perfect place for us and our 9-year old. The rooms, although quite tiny, were very nice. Clean and updated. The hotel itself, the same. Valet service was terrific and the hotel staff very friendly. Just a few issues: Unless you notify housekeeping as to what time you want your room cleaned each day, they may not get around to cleaning and or tidying your room until the evening. The breakfast buffet was nice although typical food service fare and never quite hot. Unless you went down to breakfast very early, there was always a 15 minute or more wait time. Surprisingly, no beach chairs or umbrellas are available to hotel quests from the hotel. There is a vendor on the beach that rents them. Rental rates at the hotel for snorkeling gear, pool toys and paddle boards were very high. We bought snorkeling gear in town for less than one day's rental. Snorkeling at Black Rock was fabulous as well as general play at the beach. The sunsets were unbelievable! Watch the weekends though as locals hang out and party (with alcohol) loudly under the big tree at the hotel/beach property line. Service at the pool bar/cafe was probably the worst. Overall it was a good stay.

Best stays, pool is great our daughter never wanted to leave, the beach is right out front and the snorkeling is wonderful. The service exceeded my expectations from Ivy (front desk) to ABC (valet) to XYZ (PR) went out of their way to make our stay great. Excellent happy hour and your in walking distance to great restraunts at Whaler's Village we will be back. ABC from Oregon
