Lake Tahoe Horizon Casino is closed. It is now a Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
The casino had a 42,000 square foot casino floor with 400 slot machines and a boutique hotel.
The casino originally opened as Del Webb's Sahara-Tahoe in 1965, was re-branded to Del Webb's High Sierra in 1983, became Horizon in 1990 and closed on April 1, 2014 to become Hard Rock Hotel & Casino which opened on January 28, 2015.
