Plagne Centre

Location. Hotel Araucaria is located in the ski resort of Aime La Plagne, at the bottom of the slalom run and 150 metres from the centre of town.

Hotel Features. The eight storey Hotel Araucaria is built in timber in traditional Alpine chalet style. There is a 24 hour front desk and ski in/ski out is available.

The Araucaria Restaurant serves regional specialities and French dishes including fondues in a contemporary setting. A complimentary buffet breakfast is provided. The half board rate includes breakfast and dinner.

The hotel has a steam room, sauna and spa tub, as well as a beauty therapist who can offer a range of treatments. Hotel Araucaria is adjacent to Aime La Plagne's slalom centre and to the ski school meeting point.

Guestrooms. The 72 guestrooms have modern decor, light wood furnishings and balconies. All are equipped with flatscreen televisions with satellite channels and wireless Internet access. Rooms include hair dryers, safes, and telephones. The hotel offers half board rates.

Expert Tip. The Transarc cable car, 11 kilometres from Hotel Araucaria, climbs to 2,732 metres and offers breathtaking views of Les Arcs, La Plagne and La Vanoise.
